The Matagorda County Public Records Search website provides users with the ability to access and search various official records, including property records. Managed by County Clerk Stephanie Wurtz, the site offers a quick search feature for users to find information based on grantor/grantee names, subdivisions, document types, and document numbers. Users can also filter by recorded date and choose between searching the index only or including full text (OCR). The website encourages users to register for additional features and offers help and a guided tour for new visitors. For security and performance, users are prompted to update their browsers.
